Rosie’s Kittens – 4 Weeks Old & Full Of Beans

How many of you have been waiting for a Rosie-and-kittens update?? The owner of the private boarding facility who has been so generously looking after this new family has sent us some new videos so we can show everyone how they’re doing (see end of post).

Rosie’s kittens are just over 4 weeks old now and going strong; leaving their box to explore and interact with each other! At this age, they are right in the middle of their socialisation period, which means that having positive interactions with a whole range of objects, scents, people and other animals is vital for their psychological health.

As some of you might have seen on our previous posts, we have started a JustGiving page to help us pay for the care and veterinary bills of Rosie and her kittens. We’ve roughly calculated how much we need for food, vaccinations, flea and worm treatment, microchipping and neutering all of them, and it came out to a whopping £800!!

So far we’ve raised £172 which is incredibly generous for those who have donated so far, but we are a way off our target and still need help. If you would like to join the community in donating towards the fees for Rosie and her new family, please follow this link: https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/Rosieskittens…, alternatively you can scan the QR code below.
